Issuu holds a low resolution, .doc version (long story) which will be up there indefinitely for now. However, I also have a nicer .pdf version that I am planning on selling for a low price (11 cents or something). I just need to contact the contributors and get permission. If you'd like a .pdf copy, ask nice and I may send you one on the friend discount :-p
I'm going to work on producing hard copies. I'll make sure to post any updates regarding that progress. Digital copies should be coming out a somewhat more regular bi-annual schedule.
